We are examining the nature of leadership, the characteristics of good – and bad – managers, the HR systems that support organisations, and the motivation of employees.
Our marketing research focuses on the decisions consumers make. We have developed methods that enable companies to understand and predict the behaviour, perceptions and sentiments of individuals. And we devise ways for firms to target new products, develop policy to mitigate social issues, or to simply help people save money.
